This hardwood cutting board collection is handmade by us in Catskill, New York, using locally sourced  black walnut & sapele. Each cutting board is thoughtfully designed to showcase the natural beauty, contrast, and grain of these premium woods—creating a piece that’s as functional as it is striking.

Built for both durability and style, every board is finished with Howard’s Butcher Block Conditioner, a food-safe blend of mineral oil and natural waxes that protects the wood and brings out its rich, warm tones.  You can choose from five cutting board sizes, including our XL, XXL, large & medium size, which can have a juice groove as well &  come standard with robust silicone feet reinforced with stainless steel washers and attached using stainless steel screws. In addition, each collection is available in a cheese board or trivet as well.

Handcrafted with care, built to last. Our Black Walnut, Maple & Purpleheart cutting boards are made by hand in our workshop, combining the deep tones of walnut, the soft grain of maple, and the bold color of purpleheart for a stunning and functional piece of kitchen art.

Each board is thoughtfully crafted for everyday use—perfect for chopping, serving, or displaying. We finish every board with Howard’s Butcher Block Conditioner to highlight the natural beauty of the wood and ensure lasting durability. No mass production—just quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and pride in every piece we make.

You can choose from five cutting board sizes, with the XXL, XL, Large & Medium sizes coming with an optional juice groove. Our river charcuterie boards are hand crafted using locally sourced, sustainably harvested live edge black walnut & epoxy resin. Each board is cut down the center allowing us to use the live edge side of the board to create the “river bed” making each one unique and special! The epoxy resin is dyed using mica powder and poured into that “river bed” creating what is now a truly one of a kind river charcuterie board. Each one comes standard with cocoa bronze handles and robust silicone feet reinforced with stainless steel washers and attached using stainless steel screws. Once sanding is completed, each one goes to our finishing room where we apply Howard’s Butcher Block Conditioner in final preparation for you to bring home!
