We are thrilled to begin offering river charcuterie board classes in our retail location on Main Street in Catskill. Whether you are a seasoned DIYer or a beginner, this hands-on class will guide you through the entire process.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
What You Can Expect
- Design your layout with black walnut to form the “banks” of the river
- Prep the mold and secure your black walnut to ensure the perfect pour
- Color – Choose from a wide range of color options for the epoxy which will form your river
- Pour – After mixing the epoxy and adding your color, it’s time to pour your epoxy
After the class, the epoxy will cure for about a week. Then Mike will do the final sanding and finishing. Your work of art will be ready to pick up in 2–3 weeks.

You can choose to make either a small ($195) or large ($245) charcuterie board. *Price at checkout will include tax.
Each reservation is good for two people.
We will be serving snacks and soft drinks.
