This hardwood cutting board collection is handmade by us in Catskill, New York, using locally sourced  black walnut, sapele & purple heart. Each cutting board is thoughtfully designed to showcase the natural beauty, contrast, and grain of these premium woods—creating a piece that’s as functional as it is striking.

Built for both durability and style, every board is finished with Howard’s Butcher Block Conditioner, a food-safe blend of mineral oil and natural waxes that protects the wood and brings out its rich, warm tones.  You can choose from five cutting board sizes, including our XL, XXL, large & medium size, which can have a juice groove as well &  come standard with robust silicone feet reinforced with stainless steel washers and attached using stainless steel screws. In addition, each collection is available in a cheese board or trivet as well.

Our handcrafted cutting boards showcase a stunning combination of Tiger Maple, Black Walnut, and Purpleheart, creating a unique blend of natural elegance and durability. The bold flame-like figure of Tiger Maple adds movement and character, while the deep tones of Black Walnut and vibrant Purpleheart provide striking contrast.

Each board is carefully made in-house, one at a time, highlighting the beauty of every grain and joint.  They are meticulously hand sanded & finished with Howard’s Butcher Block Conditioner to protect and enrich the wood, these boards are perfect for food prep, charcuterie, or as a standout gift. No mass production—just craftsmanship, quality, and wood that speaks for itself.

You have your choice of five functional sizes, all equipped with premium silicone feet reinforced by stainless steel washers and screws for maximum stability and longevity.  Our XXL, XL, Large & Medium sized boards can also come with a juice groove!

In addition to cutting boards, this collection is also available in cheese boards and trivets, offering the same artisanal quality and elegance for any kitchen setting.

You can choose from five cutting board sizes, each of which comes standard with robust silicone feet reinforced with stainless steel washers and attached using stainless steel screws. Once sanding is completed, each one goes to our finishing room where we apply Howard’s Butcher Block Conditioner in final preparation for you to bring home to your kitchen!
