This board has been treated three times with a combination of food grade mineral oil & beeswax. When you receive your board you should treat it with our "board juice" once a day for a week, once a week for a month & then once a month. It should NEVER be put in your dishwasher or submerged in water. It should be hand washed with soapy water, rinsed & dried.
